Please ensure that you had created an order with the same date of delivery. Should you need to have it on a different date, please create a new order.
Deliveries are normally made between 10 am to 10 pm.
Tartella and its carriers are unable to provide an exact time of delivery. However, we will do our best to provide an estimated delivery time on the day through an email. Also, Our carriers will contact you before delivery.
If the delivery address is to your workplace, please indicate in the 'Remarks' field during checkout and we will have it arranged during office hours (10 am to 5 pm). We won't be able to cater to specific timing requests.
If preferred, Pick-Up can also be arranged at Jurong West Street 81 between 4 pm and 6 pm, to avoid delivery charges.
Delivery & Pick-up are only available on the stated date.

Once all available dates are filled, the item will be marked as OUT OF STOCK and we will not be able to accept new orders for it.
