Storage:
Tartella best consumed within one week from production date and kept at room temperature. If sealed and refrigerated, product can last up to three weeks. If you intend to keep it for long, please REFRIGERATE it.
- Promotion only applicable for Christmas Preorders.
- Please create a new item for every different Special Message. Add the item to the bag, re-enter new details (Special Messages), and click on 'Add More.
- Please ensure that you had created an order with the same date of delivery. Should you need to have it on a different date, please create a new order.
- Deliveries are normally made between 10 am to 10 pm.
Tartella and its carriers are unable to provide an exact time of delivery. However, we will do our best to provide an estimated delivery time on the day through an email. Also, Our carriers will contact you before delivery. - If the delivery address is to your workplace, please indicate in the 'Remarks' field during checkout and we will have it arranged during office hours (10 am to 5 pm). We won't be able to cater to specific timing requests.
- If preferred, Pick-Up can also be arranged at Jurong West Street 81 between 4 pm and 6 pm, to avoid delivery charges.
- Delivery & Pick-up are only available on the stated date. (on the norm, every Thursday)
- We are unfortunately unable to accept orders over the quantity our store expects to receive. Once all available dates are filled, the item will be marked as OUT OF STOCK and we will not be able to accept new orders for it. If the item is OUT OF STOCK on the chosen date, please select the next available date.
