Please create new item for every different Special Messages. Add item in the bag and re-enter new details (Special Messages) and click on 'Add More'.
Please ensure that you had created an order with all the same date of delivery. Should you need to have it on different date, please create new order.
Deliveries are normally made between 10 am to 10 pm. Tartella and its carriers are unable to provide an exact time of delivery. However, we will do our best to provide estimated time of delivery on the day itself through email. Also, Our carriers will contact you prior to delivery.
If delivery address is to your workplace, please indicate in the 'Remarks' field during checkout and we will have it arrange during office hours (10am to 5pm). We won't be able to caters to specific timing request.
If preferred, Pick-Up can also be arranged at Jurong West Street 81 between 5 pm to 7 pm, to avoid any delivery charges.
Delivery & Pick-up only available on stated date. (on the norm, every thursday)
We are unfortunately unable to accept orders in excess of the quantity our store expects to receive. Once all available dates are filled, the item will be marked as OUT OF STOCK and we will not be able to accept new orders for it. If item is OUT OF STOCK on chosen date, please select the next available date.
