- no individual bag for each bottle. Our paperbag can nicely fit 5/10 bottles.
- Please create a new item for every different name for each circle tag for each bottle. Add the item in the bag and re-enter the new msg and click on 'Add More'.
- Please ensure that you had created an order with the same date of delivery. Should you need to have it on different date, please create new order.
- Deliveries are normally made between 10 am to 10 pm.
Tartella and its carriers are unable to provide an exact time of delivery. However, we will do our best to provide estimated time of delivery on the day itself through email. Also, Our carriers will contact you prior to delivery. - If the delivery address is to your workplace, please indicate in the 'Remarks' field during checkout and we will have it arranged during office hours.
- If preferred, Pick-Up can also be arranged at Jurong West Street 81 between 4 pm to 6 pm, to avoid any delivery charges.
- Delivery & Pick-up only available on stated date only.
- We are unfortunately unable to accept orders in excess of the quantity our store expects to receive. Once all available dates are filled, the item will be marked as OUT OF STOCK and we will not be able to accept new orders for it. If item is OUT OF STOCK on chosen date, please select the next available date.
